Green Edge Attorneys Participates in the 1st YLF Summit 2025 Day 1: Community Development Service

We are pleased to highlight the participation of our Associates, Bilkisu Mahmoud Ibrahim, Esq. and Muhammad Ado Zakariyyah, Esq., in the 1st Young Lawyers’ Forum (YLF) Summit 2025 Day 1: Community Development Service, a one-day Correctional Facilities Decongestion Exercise organised by the Young Lawyers’ Forum, Nigerian Bar Association (Kano Branch).

The outreach, held on 19th November 2025 at the Goron Dutse Correctional Service, Kano, explored the theme:

“The Future of the Legal Profession: Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Practice Areas in Focus.”

As part of its core objectives, the initiative sought to:

■ Provide free legal aid to indigent inmates

■ Support prison decongestion efforts

■ Promote corporate social responsibility

■ Uphold and protect human rights

■ Strengthen access to justice

This impactful exercise reflects the commitment of young legal professionals to extend justice, service, and compassion beyond courtroom walls, bringing hope to underserved and vulnerable communities.
