Our Immigration and Labour Practice Group advises on compliance with Immigration and Labour Laws and Regulations.

The team possesses appreciable experience in Nigerian Immigration Law and Practice with the capacity to represent foreign clients to serve as their Immigration Advisers. To this end, we advice our Clients on the provisions of the Law and where required, assist them in obtaining Immigration facilities (Permits, Quotas, Visas, etc) required for their operations in Nigeria.

Our Labour practice entails us rendering advise to clients on a broad range of labour issues including trade union regulations, private sector pension schemes and retirement benefits; staff negotiations, employment contracts and employment protection.
